The Legal Office Manager oversees the daily operations of a law office, ensuring efficient workflow, organized processes, and high-quality administrative support for attorneys and staff. This role manages office administration, billing support, scheduling, vendor relations, and basic HR functions. Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a well-organized and efficient work environment.
  • Manage calendars, scheduling, correspondence, and court deadlines for attorneys and staff.
  • Supervise administrative and support staff, including training and performance guidance.
  • Coordinate client communications, file maintenance, and case management workflows.
  • Assist with billing, invoicing, collections, and basic financial tracking.
  • Maintain office supplies, vendor contracts, equipment, and technology needs.
  • Support HR-related tasks such as onboarding, timekeeping, and policy implementation.
  • Ensure compliance with firm procedures, confidentiality standards, and legal practice requirements.
  • Identify process improvements and implement best practices to streamline operations.
  • Provide leadership support to attorneys, with the ability to assume expanded responsibilities as the firm grows.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a law firm or legal administrative environment required.
