Our client is a 160+ bed acute care facility serving the Southern Sequoia region of the Central Valley. They have an urgent need for several L&D nurses due to service line growth!
Under the general direction of the Unit Director, Clinical Manager and Charge Nurse, independently provides holistic, individualized care using the nursing process for patients routinely seen on the unit. Demonstrates an advanced level of clinical competency, nursing judgment, teaching skills, and a commitment to improving the quality of patient care. Independently performs general and unit-specific clinical skills. Contributes to the Hospital Department of Patient Care Services and the nursing profession in a positive manner.
Requirement:
- Minimum of one year recent acute care Registered Nurse experience required.
- To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

- To perform this job successfully, an individual must have current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of California or eligible.
- Must have and maintain current BLS certification or obtain within orientation process, prior to hands-on patient care.
- Must have and maintain ACLS certification or obtain within six (6) months of assignment to department.
- Must have and maintain NRP, EFM or obtain within 6 months of assignment to department.
