SUMMARY

We are looking for an Office manager to organize and coordinate the Sales Department and the Marketing Department.
Your role is to create and maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication, and safety.
The Manager is responsible for effective planning, delegating, coordinating, organizing, and decision making to attain desirable profit making results for an organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES

・Oversees most or all of the firm's marketing and sales functions as well as the day-to-day operations of the business
・Plan, develop and implement strategic sales plans for current and new clients

・Develop the marketing strategy for the company aligned with the Company's objectives. Oversee the marketing budget
・Develop, establish, and manage sales operating budgets. Analyze and control expenditures of the department to conform to budgetary requirements.
・Manage sales staff to include hiring, training, leading, guiding, coaching, mentoring, motivating, evaluating, disciplining, and terminating as needed. Set and communicate goals, train, assign territories to the sales team. Follow up on  progress.
・Coordinate e-commerce, social media, and website initiatives to increase clients.
・Create strategies and work with clients to boost their brand

QUALIFICATIONS

・Bilingual (Japanese / English)
・Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business or related field
・Over 5 years experience in marketing and/or sales developing marketing and sales strategies
・E-commerce skills: Over 2 years of experiences
・Shopify skills: Over 2 years of experience (Prefer)
・Knowledge: Management, Sales(including digital ads operation) , Marketing (Media buying, Influencer marketing)
・Ability to work well with others and lead a team
・Strong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships
・Skills: Verbal and written communication skills, reading comprehension, active listening, business writing, problem-solving, coordination, service orientation, multitasking, analyzing

・Must be self-motivated, flexible, and able to manage several jobs at one time
