The Role:
We are looking for an experienced and self-motivated Kitchen and Bath Sales and Design professional to take the lead in reestablishing and growing the kitchen and bath division. Based in a showroom setting, you will work closely with contractors and retail customers to design and execute projects that exceed expectations. This role also involves conducting field measurements, managing customer consultations, and overseeing a showroom overhaul. The ideal candidate will bring at least one year of sales and design experience, a proactive attitude, and a passion for building strong client relationships.

- Competitive base salary and uncapped commission to reach $65K-$70K+ all-in
- Monthly commission payouts and annual bonus based on overall company performance

- Regular schedule with hours Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM to 5 PM, and rotating Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM
