This strategic role will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with key accounts, driving revenue growth, and ensuring the successful execution of sales strategies. The Key Sales Manager will work closely with internal teams to deliver comprehensive solutions to customers, ensuring alignment across all functions and maintaining the highest standards of customer satisfaction.

Focus:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and high retention rates.
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase sales and drive revenue across existing and new key accounts.
  • Partner with internal sales, production, and service teams to ensure alignment in meeting customer needs and expectations.
  • Provide regular updates on sales performance, forecasts, and strategies to senior leadership. Analyze market trends and competitor activity.
  • Travel to client sites as needed to strengthen relationships, conduct meetings, and explore new business opportunities.
  • Represent the full range of company products and services to clients, ensuring tailored solutions to meet their specific needs.

Skill Set:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or Marketing from an accredited university.
  • 5-10 years of experience in business-to-business sales, with a preference for technical sales experience.
  • Proficient in MS Office, CRM systems, and ERP systems, with a good understanding of digital marketing concepts and social media platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of developing and analyzing business information, making presentations, and responding effectively to complex inquiries.
  • Strong analytical and reasoning abilities to solve practical problems and interpret diverse instructions.
