Key Enterprise Account Executive – Communications Solutions

Overview

Peskind Executive Search is representing a confidential, growth-oriented organization seeking a Key Enterprise Account Executive to drive revenue within a high-growth communications solutions division. This individual will focus on new business development and strategic account expansion across enterprise and industrial verticals.

This is a consultative, field-based sales role ideal for a self-motivated, results-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable managing complex sales cycles.


Key Responsibilities

Enterprise Sales & Business Development

  • Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to drive revenue growth and market penetration
  • Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities across enterprise accounts
  • Manage full sales cycle from prospecting through close, including pipeline development and forecasting
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics

Account Management & Client Relationships

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers across multiple levels
  • Expand existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling solutions
  • Maintain consistent engagement with clients to drive long-term retention and loyalty

Solution-Based Selling & Collaboration

  • Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver tailored, solution-based offerings
  • Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and value propositions to diverse stakeholders
  • Maintain a high level of responsiveness to inbound leads and opportunities

Market Intelligence & Strategy

  • Stay informed on competitive offerings and industry trends
  • Position solutions effectively against competitors in the market
  • Provide feedback to leadership on market conditions and customer needs

Qualifications

Experience

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience in a consultative or solutions-based environment
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota and driving revenue growth
  • Experience selling into industries such as manufacturing, construction, utilities, energy, transportation, healthcare, education, or public sector

Technical Knowledge

  • Experience with wireless communications, two-way radio, security systems, or related technologies is preferred
  • Ability to understand and articulate technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders

Additional Details

  • Candidates must be located in or near the Richmond, VA area
  • Regular travel within the assigned territory is required
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
