KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF THE KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER

You will maintain current relationships with a select portfolio of key customers at the senior most level, present effective solutions which will increase customer spend, loyalty and retention and acquire a thorough understanding of key customer requirements while remaining alert and responsive to changing customer needs. You will anticipate the evolution of customer demands and translate those into service offerings and manage accounts by building and maintaining positive relationships with customers, proactively identifying opportunities for sales, being the product and service expert, and introducing additional solutions and services.

WORK SCHEDULE

This full-time position works Monday to Friday with an expectation to travel 25% of the time.

AM I A GOOD FIT FOR THIS EXCITING OPPORTUNITY?

Ideal candidates will have:

  • University bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration, Commerce or Engineering
  • Minimum of 5 years sales, marketing or industry experience
  • Minimum of 3 years sales management experience
  • Proven experience in sales and aftermarket to provide solutions based on customer needs
