GRC Executive is seeking a high-performing and relationship-focused Key Account Manager for a leading consumer goods company based in Bayamón, Puerto Rico. This strategic role is ideal for a sales professional who thrives on building lasting client relationships, growing revenue, and driving results across a portfolio of key accounts.
You’ll serve as the main liaison between internal teams and top-tier clients, ensuring satisfaction, solving problems, and delivering business growth. With direct responsibility for financial performance, you’ll play a key role in achieving long-term success for both the company and its clients.
🔑 Key Responsibilities:

Develop and nurture strong relationships with key customers.

Identify client needs and propose effective solutions that drive results.

Manage commercial activities to achieve sales targets and profitability.

Proactively address client concerns and ensure service excellence.

Generate and analyze reports on account health, forecasts, and KPIs.

Collaborate across departments to ensure client satisfaction and execution.

Visit client sites regularly to review account performance and strategies.

Monitor inventory, market trends, and budget to maintain a competitive edge.

Lead promotional planning and provide monthly P&L reporting to leadership.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
