Position Responsibilities:
Reporting to the CEO of a software and analytics company empowering clients through the use of a suite of AI products to help trucking companies automate their operations, boost efficiency & profitability

The Key Account Executive will be responsible for developing and maintaining a book of business by identifying sales opportunities, closing the sale, and building long-lasting client relationships through a consultative sales approach with shippers. Will be responsible for lead generation, sales cycle management, and driving deals to close. Will influence decision-makers and senior executives in transportation, supply chain, and procurement using a solution oriented, consultative approach. Will work with the Product team to make sure we're always improving our software based on what our customers need. The challenge is to expand account base, increase revenues, and improve profitability.

Background Required:
  • Sales in transportation, logistics, or supply chain (3+ years)
  • Strong Selling and closing capabilities
  • Experience presenting to C-level executives
  • Strong Negotiation Ability
  • Contractual Business Process (RFP, RFI, RFQ)
  • Develop and execute business plan strategies
  • Computer literate (Microsoft Suite: Power Point, Word, Excel)
  • Residence: Remote (Los Angeles, CA Preferred)
Background Preferred (but not required):
  • Experience selling enterprise solutions
  • Education: bachelor’s degree
