Sales Representative Food Service

Position Summary
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Representative to manage and grow B2B client relationships within the food industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting the company’s sustainable growth. Prior experience in food service or consumer goods sales is highly valued, along with familiarity with CRM tools and SAP systems.
Work Hours
- Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Must be fluent in English.
Compensation
- Base Salary: $25,000 – $28,000
- Variable Commission: $11,000 – $12,000
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales plans to meet monthly and annual targets.
- Prospect and generate new B2B clients (restaurants, hotels, catering services, distributors, etc.).
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
- Conduct client visits and calls to identify business opportunities, take orders, and provide post-sales support.
- Negotiate commercial terms within company-defined margins.
- Report visits, opportunities, and sales activity in CRM tools.
- Collaborate with operations, logistics, and credit teams to ensure proper delivery and invoicing.
- Identify market trends, customer needs, and product feedback.
- Represent the company at food industry trade shows and events as needed.
Requirements
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Experience
- 3–5 years in sales, preferably in the food industry, FMCG, or distribution.
- B2B sales experience is a plus.
- Required experience in reactivating inactive clients and acquiring new ones.
Skills and Knowledge
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Self-driven, with strong customer orientation.
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce or similar).
- Basic knowledge of SAP (preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
Other Requirements
- Availability to travel within the assigned territory.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Must speak and write fluent English.
