Our client is a 5* boutique resort with less than 100 units and multiple F&B outlets on an idyllic beach on a tropical island in Philippines.
The Resort is still in pre-opening phase, opening is scheduled for Q1 2027.
Note that this resort is located in a magnificent, but remote location.
This role will be reporting directly to Executive Chef and Thai Brand Chef.
Please note that this position is available for Thai Nationals only.
Profile
• Experience in 5-star hotels and/or premium free-standing restaurants
• Culinary school background
• Experience in similar position
• Able to deliver an authentic Thai cuisine
• International exposure
• Knows how to operate all kitchen equipment
• Good understanding of food hygiene, sanitation, and safety practices
• Creative and innovative
• Detail oriented with a strong focus on quality and consistency
• Passionate trainer
• Able to motivate subordinates and others
• Good leadership skills and result oriented
• Strong communication with F&B service team
• Experience with HACCP Standard
• Good in English both written and spoken
• Computer literate
• Flexible and able to work independently
• Well organized, hands-on
• Young, energetic
• Eager to learn
• Motivated
