This a hybrid position for now.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Self-generation of leads through cold calling
  • Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
  • Provide security solutions and quotations with correct specifications for client applications.
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
  • Consistent feedback to senior management formally and informally on progress, challenges and successes
  • Excellent client orientation & negotiation skills
  • Ability to generate sales leads and close deals

  • Present and demonstrate cyber solutions to CISOs and information security experts.
  • Work closely with Subject Matter Experts, who will support you in performing Proofs of Value (POVs) as you close deals
  • Meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients.
  • Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.
  • Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs.
  • Understanding and promoting company programs.
  • Preparing and submitting sales contracts for orders.
  • Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services.
  • Maintaining client relationships.
  • Assisting with client queries
  • Daily input into the Customer Relations Management (CRM) system.
  • SSI Report monthly

Requirements:

  • Experience selling call center customer care solutions services to franchises would be an advantage
  • Experience selling to the mid-market and enterprises
  • Proven hunter background with a track record of success
  • Familiarity with enterprise networking technology is a plus
  • Strong C-level/board-level communications skills
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a focus on over-quota performance
  • Good business acumen, experience with contracts and pricing would be an advantage
  • Strong working knowledge of LinkedIn and CRM tools would be an advantage
  • Identifying local business opportunities and challenges
  • Knowledge of internet technologies and the online advertising sales market
  • Experience in selling to clients at a senior management/ director level
  • The ability to apply creative solutions to advertising briefs and create strong bespoke sales packages in a highly competitive marketplace would be an advantage
  • Established relationships with agencies and clients
  • Qualification in sales / advertising or relevant experience essential
  • Agency knowledge / agency relationships essential
  • SaaS solutions to help companies manage and leverage data would be an advantage

Salary: R12000 - R15000 per month plus 10% commission

Working hours: Mon-Friday 8am to 5pm extra hours may be required
