Job Impulse, Inc. has an immediate opening for a Junior Project Manager in Madison, AL.


The Junior Project Manager is responsible for managing assigned projects, ensuring accurate order processing for both new and returning customers. This role requires strong attention to detail, organization, and communication to effectively coordinate between clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain detailed documents in Excel, collaborating with customers and internal teams to finalize chassis options and ambulance design specifications.
  • Organize and oversee active unit files to ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Track progress using a sales checklist to confirm each step of the process is completed.
  • Prepare necessary documentation, including addendums, pricing, and other paperwork for all orders.
  • Act as the main point of contact for customers before and during the build process.
  • Provide customers with regular construction updates and manage all related correspondence, including dealer communications.
  • Handle sales summaries, invoicing, and payment processing. Capture and archive unit photos for digital records and website updates.
  • Arrange and participate in customer visits, including hosting lunches and dinners.
  • Represent the company at trade shows as needed.
  • Prepare quotes for new units, remounts, repairs, and upgrades. Assist in reviewing quotes and bids from other sales team members.
  • Conduct research on products to support project requirements.


Education Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Availability to work overtime as needed.
  • A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Must obtain Emergency Vehicle Technician (EVT) certification within the first 12 months of employment.
  • Ability to occasionally lift and carry up to 40 pounds.
  • Detail-oriented, dependable, and customer-focused with strong organizational skills.
  • Mechanical aptitude with the ability to learn and understand ambulance components through training.
  • Capable of managing multiple projects from start to finish.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally and host client events.
  • Experience in an automotive manufacturing environment is beneficial.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel required.
  • High school diploma or GED required; some college coursework preferred.
