Job Description
Our client is a leader in procurement and sourcing software and services for global businesses. We are
currently looking for strong candidates that are interested to work in a challenging, fast-paced
environment. The candidate must demonstrate strong problem-solving and analytical skills and
possess the ability to adapt and learn quickly. Excellent communication skills are required as
candidate will be working with several departments.
The available position is to serve as the development lead to one of our development teams. In
addition, the position should provide high quality administration support to internal and external
customers and stakeholders.

Primary responsibilities
• Lead a team of development resources to deliver quality solutions to match estimates produced
by the team
• Work with Product Owners to understand customer requirements as well as define and design
solutions to meet those requirements
• Peer review team members’ code check-ins and approve for build
• Assist with defining and developing automated build, test and deployment mechanisms
• Mentor development resources to encourage their growth
• Maintain / review design patterns to keep in line with industry standards
• Responsible for maintaining the support ability of the software solution
• Write high quality code to program complete applications within estimates
• Develop and perform unit testing as a part of the overall development process
• Assist Quality Analyst to ensure a well-tested and quality product is delivered
• Responsible for Level 3 support for application issues by working with Level 2 support to identify
causes of issues and potential resolutions
• Conduct regular 1:1’s with each development resource
• Conduct regular performance reviews on each development resource

Skills and Experience
• 5 or more years’ experience in a similar position
• Oracle 11g (PL/SQL) Experience and/or SQL Server 2008-2014 (T-SQL) Experience – Stored
Procedure development – reading, writing, troubleshooting, or similar
Programming experience with
o HTML, XML, JSON, and JavaScript
o Java or C#
• Experience with large-scale web applications
• Experience with integrated development environments, version control systems and other
development toolsets
• Comfortable in both Windows and Unix environments
• Ability to prioritize and structure work tasks
• Ability to read, digest and assimilate information
• Ability to form good working relationships with internal and external customers
• Knowledge of Agile working practices
• Good data analysis skills
• Knowledge of procurement and supplier management
• Programming experience with Angular
