Salary: $225,000 - $245,000 per year

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Advise clients on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and other significant corporate transactions.
  • Provide strategic counsel concerning securities law and corporate governance.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of contracts, agreements, and other transaction-related documents.
  • Perform thorough due diligence, and research to ascertain transactional risks and opportunities.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues from various practice groups to ensure comprehensive legal support is provided to clients.

Minimum Position Qualifications:

  • JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.
  • Must be admitted to the Bar in Pennsylvania.
  • At least 2-3 years of substantial experience in corporate law, specifically with a focus on M&A transactions.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues alike.
  • Proven skills in drafting and negotiating complex legal documents.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior exposure to securities law or dealing with emerging business matters.
  • Experience in managing client relationships and project management.
