Job Description
A reputable construction and project development firm is seeking to recruit a Junior Architect to join thier team as a National Service person. The ideal candidate would work together with senior architects and shall gain hands-on experience and contribute to innovative building projects.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
  • Must hold a Master’s degree in Architecture.
  • Excellent Oral & written communication skills
  • Ability to work under indirect supervision
  • High attention to details
  • Technically creative and open-minded
  • Good problem-solving skills and efficient design solution
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and time spent outside of comfort zone acquiring new skills
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Researches, programs, plans, designs, and administers building project for clients
  • Apply knowledge of architectural design, construction detailing and procedures, zoning and building codes, and building materials and systems.
  • Ability to use software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, Lumion, Google Earth, Adobe -Photoshop, Illustrator, MS Office)
  • Plans and programs layout of projects; coordinates and integrates engineering elements into unified design for client review and approval
  • Produce conceptual plans and documents
  • Produce detailed Construction drawings
