Tired of weekend shifts, closing duties that run late, or admin work that feels pointless? Our client, a successful custom apparel company specialising in school uniforms, sports team gear, and corporate clothing, are looking for 2 Junior Account Managers who want to build a proper sales career.
This market-leading custom apparel specialist delivers quality products and genuine service to clients who come back year after year (95% retention rate).
This role is about building relationships and helping customers create custom apparel they're genuinely proud to wear. If you're the type who enjoys connecting with people and can bring energy to your work, we'll teach you everything else.
What You'll Actually Do
Your day-to-day responsibilities:

Build and maintain relationships primarily with schools

Make calls, send strategic emails, and run 15-minute online product demonstrations

Help customers bring their vision to life with design concepts and product samples

Guide them through the ordering process from start to finish

Manage your own portfolio of accounts that are provided to you (no lead generation required although our client won't say no to some proactive hunting)

Work through 6-month sales cycles from initial contact to product delivery

Who We're Looking For

You'll need to commit to an initial 4 weeks of in-office onboarding where you'll learn everything you need to know to succeed
What you'll get
Compensation:

Base salary of $75k–$85k (depending on experience) + uncapped commissions + super
