Job Summary
The purpose of this job is to assist program manager with day-to-day project tasks and to help all end users successfully implement the FACET system into their daily processes and ensure that all documents get into the ashore repository for backup. This position must be able to work with all supporting entities to ensure all systems are working efficiently and correctly.

Responsibilities and Duties
The job duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
Project Management
- Maintain internal company project tracking system.
- Act as expert resource for Customer Service, Tech Support and other departments in all functional and content areas associated with a project Documentation Development
- Develop and maintain documentation software documentation as specified for each assign project
- Produce required reports and conduct required meetings
Training / Support
- Going onsite to the actual location of the FACET system to perform regular daily maintenance and support.
- Everyone Monday, Wednesday and Friday will be set aside ship visits
- Tuesday & Thursday to enter the visits in the database and continue with support
- Be able to understand, train and teach all aspects of FACET and FIAR to various group sizes at their location of choice.
- Must be able to provide support in person, e-mail and phone.
- Must enter all activity/support in the internal database within 24 hours of the incident
- All onsite visit must be listed on the calendar, for ad hoc visits, the visit must be entered with 24 hours of the visit
- All incoming support must be responded to within 4 hours. All trainers are responsible to respond to support for all areas.
- Must be self-managed and driven to get the job done with little to no supervision.
- Must be able to perform “ad hoc” demos or briefs of the FACET system.
- Have some familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, database).
- Have a professional physical and phone presence at all times to mirror Premier Solutions’ professional values.
- Be available from 0800 – 1700 on weekdays to take support calls or visits from need be clients.

Qualifications and Skills
Minimum Education & Experience:
- Minimum Education: B.A. or B.S. in relevant field or equivalent prior work experience and training
- Minimum Experience: 1-3 years’ experience; 3-5 years preferred
Minimum Skills, Knowledge, & Abilities:
- Must have a current Secret clearance
- Training and Customer Service experience in IT field
- Must be able to travel a week or two weeks at a time
- Must be able to lift 40 pound box at minimum
- Demonstrated success in project management using recognized PMI methodologies preferred
- Proficiency in using the Microsoft Office suite of software
- Demonstrated conceptual understanding of databases including data structures and data flows
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional groups to accomplish goals
- Ability to work within a team to meet established project goals
- Ability to communicate professionally, concisely and effectively, both verbally and in writing
- Ability to generate technical but user-friendly procedural documents
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- Must have a valid/current driver’s license
Preferred Skills, Knowledge, & Abilities:
- Prior Navy S1, S2, S6 or S8 experience preferred with experience in the Logistics field.
- Experience in the information technology or software development industries. Specifically, in Document Management industry
- Experience in the healthcare related industry
- Ability to manage deliverables during all phases of the product development life cycle
- Ability to gather, interpret, and communicate complex ideas
- Ability to understand business concepts and issues as well as technical systems processes
- Ability to make intelligent recommendations for software design improvements
- Ability to work with customers to determine software design feasibility
- Ability to write clear functional specifications from which a programmer can work
- Ability to work independently and as a member or leader of a team with minimal supervision
