Jr. Estimator/Assistant Project Manager

An outstanding, full-time opening has become available in the Denver, CO area for an individual with 2-5 years’ experience as a Jr. Estimator or Assistant Project Manager/Engineer with a background in Concrete projects. This position would earn a generous base salary and great benefits package including medical benefits, a 401K w/ matching, PTO and other outstanding perks.

All candidates MUST have the following experiences to qualify for consideration

• Please DO NOT APPLY unless you have 2-5+ years of Estimation and/or Project Management experience, preferably working with Concrete projects.
• Experience with budgeting, estimating, manpower planning, blueprint-reading, and some Project Management is a MUST
• Familiarity assisting with submittals, pulling permits, and preparing reports is a PLUS
• Some knowledge of Bluebeam, Maxwell ProContractor, and Microsoft Excel software is a BIG PLUS

• Degree, Vocational School, and/or Certifications in Engineering, or Construction Management is a BIG PLUS
