Job Location: Manoa	Compensation: $17/hour
Employment Type: Full Time	Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 3:00pm - 11:00pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Sweep, vacuum, mop, strip, wax and polish floors.
• Clean and disinfect sinks, toilets, drinking fountains, etc.
• Clean and disinfect furniture, doors and window sills.
• Clean and disinfect any other areas as directed by the supervisor.
• Clean walls and windows, including graffiti.
• Collect refuse from designated areas and dispose of.
• Provide emergency clean-up of leaks, accidents, and bodily fluids.
• Provide labor services as needed for furniture moves and special events.
• Report equipment malfunctions to supervisor and follow up as necessary.
• Report any maintenance issues or concerns to the supervisor.
• Assist with set-up/clean-up of tables, chairs, tarps, tents, etc. for school functions.
• Provide labor services to move furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
• Perform any duties required to support the operation and function of the School.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds.
• Knowledge of standard methods, materials, tools and equipment used in janitorial work
• Able to accurately follow verbal and written instructions.
• Able to work as part of a team or independently when needed.
• Professional, clean cut appearance that represents the school
• Able to read and understand labels and instructions of cleaning materials and supplies.
• Able to perform simple mathematics calculations.
• Have a service-oriented attitude and is able to work well with faculty, staff and the general public.
