JUNIOR KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER PORTUGAL
LISBON
We are seeking a determined and dynamic Junior Key Account Manager for a leading multinational company in the FMCG sector in Portugal. We are looking for a highly results-driven profesional who has excellent communication skills and is strongly motivated by sustainability and aligned with the company’s values.
Key Responsibilities:
- Negotiating with clients and managing existing accounts (main FMCG retail players in Portugal).
- Managing P&L by account and overall business – assigned budgets and investment control.
- Assessing feasibility and scheduling promotional and commercial activities.
- Preparing strategic development proposals for client accounts and assigned channels.
- Acquiring new clients and developing business opportunities.
- Training clients and store teams on products and activations.
- Regular visits to points of sale to ensure proper commercial execution.
- Implementing in-store merchandising actions.
- Resolving commercial and logistical issues.
Requirements:
- Languages: native Portuguese, fluent English, Spanish is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Previous experience in sales or commercial roles (minimum 1 year).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Goal and results-oriented.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
