Join our dynamic team as a JD Edwards Supply Chain Business Analyst and play a crucial role in optimizing our supply chain operations. We are looking for an individual with substantial expertise in JD Edwards EnterpriseOne, particularly within the Sales/Distribution and Supply Chain modules. You will facilitate process enhancements, system functionality improvements, and integration projects, aligning with our strategic business goals. Salary: $120,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic recommendations to enhance efficiency, reliability, and functionality of JD Edwards-centered supply chain processes.
• Conduct in-depth meetings with business stakeholders to gather requirements, understand business challenges, and devise functional enhancements.
• Liaise with development teams to design, test, and deploy solutions, ensuring they meet business needs and performance standards.
• Create comprehensive documentation including Business Requirements, As-Is/To-Be process flows, functional specifications, and integration mappings.
• Define and manage integration touchpoints between JD Edwards and various external applications enhancing system interoperability.
• Provide ongoing functional support and configuration for JDE E1 modules focusing on Sales Order/Distribution and Finance.
• Manage EDI and other system integrations, ensuring accurate testing and post-implementation support.
• Facilitate the setup and maintenance of system master data, optimizing data integrity and operational efficiency.

Minimum Position Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• At least 8-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a JD Edwards EnterpriseOne environment.
• Extensive experience (minimum 5 years) in configuring and supporting JD Edwards E1 (versions 8.9-9.2).
• Proficient in SQL queries, data analysis, and V-Lookups to support data-driven decision making.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to effectively address and resolve complex issues.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with JD Edwards upgrades and migrations, demonstrating a capacity to lead transition projects.
• Familiarity with Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) and logistics management.
• Proven track record in integrating and converting third-party systems to JD Edwards platforms.
• Hands-on experience with RPA products and support ticketing systems to enhance operational efficiency.

Skills:

• In-depth knowledge of JD Edwards Orchestrator, EDI operations, and BI Publisher.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, with a required on-site presence several days a week.
• Flexible and innovative thinking to drive system and process improvements.
• Strong project management skills to oversee upgrades and integrations from conceptualization to execution.
