Investment Analyst

Investment Analyst needed for full-time position with growing firm located along NH's Seacoast. Responsibilities

· Assist the CIO in daily trading & periodic rebalancing of client accounts

· Conduct market research and analyze trends on various investment strategies and asset classes for possible implementation in investment process

· Ability to assess taxable client accounts to minimize capital gains when rebalancing

· Prepare performance reports for investment models & client portfolios

· Assist in authoring client communications (quarterly letters, email missives, etc.)

· Ensure compliance with all industry rules and regulations and firm policies

Qualifications

· Strong interpersonal skills, ability to collaborate, personality reflects both confidence and humility

· Self-starter requiring minimal oversight and passionate about investing and financial analysis

· CFA level 1 or progress toward CFA preferred. Other degrees and/or certifications viewed favorably include MBA and/or CMT

· BA/BS in economics or finance related disciplines

· 3+ years of professional work experience in related finance or investing role

· Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and knowledge of Morningstar, YCharts, portfolio management systems (i.e. Orion, AdvisorEngine, etc.)
