Our client, an Atlanta based private equity firm, is searching for an Analyst to join their team.

This position will be primarily responsible for monitoring a portfolio of companies, analyzing financials,

prepare quarterly valuations, conduct company and industry due diligence and research, develop

financial models and perform financial forecasting and analysis.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting with a minimum 3.5 GPA
• Minimum 1 year related experience
• MUST have strong financial modeling skills
• Advanced Excel skills
• Excellent communication and presentation
