Job Description

Apollo Technical is seeking an Inventory Management Specialist located in Houston, TX.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain inventory of tools and materials used in the fabrication of naval HVAC and plumbing systems

  • Utilize TC MAX Asset Management software to track, update, and audit inventory records

  • Coordinate with fabrication teams to ensure timely availability of required parts

  • Monitor stock levels and initiate restock processes when necessary

  • Maintain an organized tool room, ensuring items are labeled, tracked, and stored properly

  • Work closely with procurement and construction teams to align inventory with project timelines

  • Utilize Google Workspace (Gmail, Sheets, Docs, Drive, etc.) for daily operations and communication

  • Support overtime operations as required to meet project deadlines

Required Qualifications:

  • Background in construction or industrial settings preferred

  • Proven experience in inventory management, ideally within a tool room or construction/fabrication environment

  • Familiarity with TC MAX or similar asset/inventory management systems--wanted but NOT required!

  • Computer literacy with strong knowledge of Google Workspace
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

  • Willingness to work overtime hours as needed
