SIGNING BONUS:
$18,000 for Full Time Evening & Over Night Shifts
$12,000 for Full Time Day Shifts

Job Summary:

• Provides diagnostic quality radiologic imaging under the direction of a Physician while maintaining proper radiation protection standards.
• Performs sterile diagnostic, radiographic (IR), embolic, therapeutic procedures, and non-vascular interventional radiographic procedures and administers contrast agents at a technical level.
• Operates and manages complex medical equipment and assists physicians in the management of the patient.
• Takes call as rotated/assigned and responds (in hospital) as designated by the On-Call – Radiology policy.
• Provides safe care and processing of patients ranging in age from newborn to geriatric.
  
  

Minimum Qualifications

• Technical School Diploma Radiology
• Ability to possess a high degree of maturity and exercise individual judgment in working with patients, equipment, and personnel that are involved in vascular interventional exams.
• Ability to deal effectively and ethically with medical and confidential information relating to patients, families, physicians, and nursing personnel.
• RT - Registered Technologist Radiology - State of Pennsylvania
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support - State of Pennsylvania within 90 Days

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree
• VI - Vascular Interventional Radiography ARRT - State of Pennsylvania
