INTERVENTIONAL CARDIOLOGY - PHOENIX, AZ

THE OPPORTUNITY
Join an established interventional cardiology program at Abrazo West Campus in Goodyear. This employed position with Biltmore Cardiology offers strong cath lab volumes, modern equipment, and the chance to build/lead a growing program. Seeking physician with 2+ years experience and leadership mindset.

COMPENSATION
- Total First Year: $700,000 - $900,000+
- Includes: Competitive base, wRVU production bonus (uncapped), sign-on bonus, relocation

CLINICAL PRACTICE
- 24-28 patients daily
- 80% inpatient / 20% outpatient
- Full-spectrum interventional cardiology: PCI, structural, peripheral
- Team of 28+ physicians across all cardiology subspecialties
- CV surgery backup on-site

SCHEDULE & CALL
- Cath lab days + outpatient clinic
- Rotating weekend/evening call - fairly shared across team
- STEMI call rotation

REQUIREMENTS
- BC/BE Interventional Cardiology
- 2+ years experience preferred
- Leadership/program-building interest a plus
- AZ license or eligibility
