Provide interpretation/translation support
Organize, attend and participate in stakeholder meetings
Document and follow up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
Participate in project design meetings and propose improvements if necessary
Prepare necessary presentation materials for meetings.
Provide administrative support as needed.
Undertake project tasks as required.
Chair and facilitate meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes to all project team members
Ensure projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
Issue all appropriate legal paperwork (e.g. contracts and terms of agreement)
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports.
10-20 hours / week
Balancing multiple priorities, using your initiative to appropriately organise and manage workloads
Extensive experience of translation / interpretation
Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
Strong client-facing and teamwork skills
Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control
BSc in Business Administration or related field
English: Native level / Japanese: Business level
