We are searching for talented individuals to join us as International Tax Senior Manager, Manager, and Senior. Salary: Depending on Experience per year
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare complex international tax returns for C corporations, S corporations, partnerships, high-net-worth individuals, bankruptcies, and trusts and estates.
- Handle challenging accounting and tax issues robustly and confidently.
- Conduct in-depth tax research and analysis to support client needs and compliance.
- Develop and nourish client relationships to ensure continuous collaboration and satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for tax planning and consulting to add value to client engagements.
- Collaborate with team members and partners on various strategic projects, enhancing the firm's capacity to meet client needs.
Minimum Position Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Taxation, or Business Administration.
- At least 2+ years of strong experience in tax, ideally at a public accounting firm.
- CPA license or evident progress towards obtaining a CPA license.
- Strong communicative abilities paired with acute attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills to handle complex data effectively.
- Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial flair to undertake responsibilities proactively.
- Legal authorization to work in the US without the need for sponsorship, now or in the future.
- Required fluency in Japanese to manage specific client portfolios.

- Advanced degree in a relevant field.
- Prior experience in an international tax capacity.
- Demonstrable leadership skills within a tax team.
- Expertise in financial software and tax preparation tools.
- Proven record of implementing tax solutions that significantly reduce liabilities and enhance business operations.

- Exceptional problem-solving skills to navigate and resolve tax and accounting issues.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships within and outside the firm.
- Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously with minimal oversight.
