Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a closely related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in public accounting, with a specialized focus on international taxation.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex tax concepts for diverse audiences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proven track record of managing multiple client engagements.
- In-depth knowledge of international tax frameworks, including:
- Inbound and outbound tax structure optimization
- Foreign tax credit planning and global tax minimization strategies
- FIRPTA, tax treaties, and U.S. withholding tax regulations
- Transfer pricing methodologies and ASC 740 standards
- International tax compliance requirements
- Proficiency in accounting practices, tax preparation, and review within a global tax context.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment with strong organizational and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic counsel to clients on complex international tax issues, encompassing planning, compliance, mergers and acquisitions, and transfer pricing strategies.
- Review and ensure accuracy of U.S. international tax reporting documentation.
- Lead quantitative analyses and oversee projects related to global tax strategies.
- Drive business development initiatives, expanding client services and identifying tax optimization opportunities.
- Manage international tax compliance for corporate clients, ensuring alignment with federal and state regulations.
- Monitor and adapt to evolving tax legislation and regulatory changes to maintain compliance and client value.
- Perform additional responsibilities as needed to support firm objectives.

Compensation Range: $130 – 160K Base Salary + relocation bonus
