Are you a tax expert with a passion for international strategy and cross-border complexity? Our client, a publicly traded company in growth mode, is seeking an International Tax Manager to help drive their global tax operations forward. This is a high-impact role where your expertise will directly support the company’s international compliance, strategic tax planning, and global reporting efforts.

You’ll play a key role in managing the international income tax compliance process and supporting the preparation and review of global tax provisions. What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead the preparation and review of U.S. international tax filings, including Forms 5471, 8858, 8865, and other related schedules and disclosures.
  • Assist with the international components of the consolidated tax provision under ASC 740.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across departments and geographies to ensure accurate and timely compliance.
  • Manage & integrate Planning & M&A project into compliance.
  • Advise on the tax impacts of global business initiatives.
  • Stay ahead of the curve by monitoring changes in international tax legislation and assessing business impact.
  • Ensure proper documentation for internal controls and SOX compliance.
  • Drive process improvements to increase the efficiency and accuracy of tax compliance and reporting.

What You Bring to the Table

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; Master’s in Taxation preferred.
  • CPA required.
  • Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience, ideally combining public accounting with multinational corporate tax.
  • Experience in 5471, 8858, ASC 740-Accounting for Income Taxes and SEC reporting.
  • Deep knowledge of U.S. international tax regulations and tax provision processes.
  • Experience with tax compliance/provision software (e.g., Corptax, OneSource) and strong Excel skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
