International Account Manager

About the Role
Sunset Transportation is seeking a highly motivated, results-driven Account Manager to join our international team in Saint Louis, MO. Expanding our international offerings to existing customers has been a tremendous success and your role will be critical to RECORD-BREAKING growth for both the international department and Sunset Transportation, as a whole.
As the International Account Manager, you will provide support functions like delivering great customer service, reporting analytics to the team on key customer accounts, educating customers on our international offerings, and performing related tasks that involve coordinating with internal Sunset partners to assist in providing optimal account management and growth, just to name a few.
What You’ll Do:
Provide account management support to Sunset customers across various industries
Collaborate with internal departments and partners to ensure seamless service
Analyze customer data and present tailored solutions
Document all activities and updates in our CRM system
Identify and share insights to improve the customer journey
Deliver clear status updates and milestone reports for key accounts
Support and grow Sunset’s top International customers by understanding their needs and market challenges
Represent the #SunsetWay by delivering top-tier customer support and service excellence
Bring To Work Everyday
2-5 years’ experience working for an International Freight Forwarder or 3PL
Attention to detail
Knowledge of Incoterms, Shipping and customs documents, and invoice auditing
Negotiation and Conflict Resolution
Critical Thinking
Customer Service experience
