Salary: $250,000 - $325,000 per year

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality, comprehensive medical care to a diverse patient population.
• Precept internal medicine residents, guiding 2 to 3 residents through a combination of clinical oversight and academic instruction.
• Manage a personal patient panel with dedicated time blocks for one-on-one patient care.
• Maintain accurate and detailed medical records using the EPIC EMR system for effective patient management and collaboration.
• Engage with a collaborative medical team to plan, implement, and evaluate healthcare treatments and interventions.
• Participate in a shared call schedule to ensure continuity of care while promoting a healthy work-life balance.

Minimum Position Qualifications:

• Board Eligible/Board Certified (BE/BC) in Internal Medicine.
• Possession of or eligibility to obtain a valid Pennsylvania Medical License.
• Solid foundation in general internal medicine with the ability to manage a wide range of patients and conditions.
• Commitment to continuous professional development and adherence to guidelines in internal medicine.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills necessary for effective teaching and collaboration.
• Demonstrated professionalism and ethical conduct within the healthcare environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• New graduates are encouraged to apply; completion of a chief residency year is preferred for those with less practical experience.
• Experienced candidates should have a blend of academic teaching and hands-on clinical care in a primary care setting.
• Prior experience in Utilizing EPIC EMR system is highly regarded.
