Salary: $250,000.00 - $325,000.00 per year
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive patient care in an internal medicine setting.
- Mentor and teach 2 to 3 residents, guiding their clinical skills and professional development.
- Manage a personal patient panel with dedicated half-days for individual appointments each week.
- Work collaboratively with a robust team utilizing the EPIC EMR system for seamless patient data management.
- Participate in a shared call schedule to ensure patient needs are met while promoting work-life balance.

Minimum Position Qualifications:
- Board Eligible/Board Certified (BE/BC) in Internal Medicine.
- Possession of or eligibility to obtain a valid Pennsylvania Medical License.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Completion of a chief residency or extensive teaching experience for recent graduates.
- Experienced candidates should demonstrate a mix of academic and clinical roles in primary care settings.
Skills:
- Proficient in the use of EPIC EMR system.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and team members.
- Excellent teaching ability to guide and mentor residents and less experienced staff.
- Ability to manage a significant patient panel efficiently and empathetically.
