Salary: $250,000.00 - $325,000.00 per year

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive patient care in an internal medicine setting, managing all aspects of adult health, including screening, diagnosis, management, and treatment plans.
• Precept internal medicine residents, actively participating in their academic growth and practical training.
• Maintain a personal panel of patients, dedicating scheduled half-days to focus on individual patient needs.
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team including physicians, nurse practitioners, medical assistants, and patient service representatives to ensure high-quality care.
• Utilize the EPIC EMR system to document patient encounters, treatments, and outcomes, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Participate in shared call schedules which are designed to support work-life balance and provide continuity of care.

Minimum Position Qualifications:

• Board Eligible/Board Certified (BE/BC) in Internal Medicine.
• Possession of, or eligibility to obtain, a valid Pennsylvania Medical License.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in both academic and non-academic settings within a primary care environment.
• Completion of a chief residency year or similar leadership and educational roles in a teaching hospital is highly valued.

• Strong clinical skills with the ability to diagnose and manage a wide range of adult health conditions.
• Effective communicator, capable of educating and mentoring residents and supporting staff.
• Proficient in the use of the EPIC EMR system to ensure optimal patient management and record keeping.
