We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Internal Medicine Physician to join our well-established team at the Medical Group Internal Medicine - Muhlenberg in Temple, PA. This full-time position offers an excellent opportunity to provide top-notch medical care in an ambulatory setting. Our facility is equipped with state-of-the-art medical technology, including the universally utilized EPIC EMR system. You will be joining a collaborative team consisting of 4 physicians, a nurse practitioner, and a physician assistant, supported by a robust group of medical assistants, nurses, and a practice administrator. Ideal candidates should be prepared to handle a shared call schedule promoting a balanced professional and personal life while actively participating in mentorship and continuous learning opportunities within the practice.

Salary: $250,000 per year

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive patient care in an ambulatory setting.
• Work collaboratively with team members to enhance quality of patient care.
• Utilize EPIC EMR system for patient records and care management.
• Participate in shared call schedules to ensure continuous patient support.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and mentorship within the team.

Minimum Position Qualifications:

• Board Eligible/Board Certified in Internal Medicine.
• Hold a valid PA Medical License or ability to obtain one upon hire.
• Recent graduates or candidates coming out of training are encouraged to apply.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in an ambulatory care setting is an advantage.
• Demonstrable skills in using electronic medical record systems, particularly EPIC.
