We’re partnering with a growing organization in the hospitality and travel industry to bring on a Senior Accountant for a contract engagement. This is a great opportunity to step into a hands-on role supporting both revenue accounting and general ledger operations within a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Location: Denver, CO (Hybrid – 3 days onsite, 2 remote)
Duration: 4+ months (target start ~April 20)
Schedule: Full-time (40 hours/week)

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Support revenue accounting operations
  • Transition into GL responsibilities, including:
    • Month end close
    • Preparing and reviewing journal entries
    • Performing account reconciliations and variance analysis
  • Contribute to process improvements (documentation, Excel efficiencies, workflow enhancements)

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 5+ years of accounting experience
  • Strong hands-on experience across core accounting functions, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and full-cycle month-end close
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership

Preferred (Nice to Have):

  • CPA
  • Hospitality or public company experience
  • Experience with D365 Dynamics and/or Blackline
  • System implementation or integration exposure
  • Big 4 background
