Morgan Hunter HealthSearch has an immediate opportunity for an Interim Perioperative Manager for a rural hospital in the upper Midwest. The Interim Manager will have two primary objectives; oversee the day-to-day operations of the entire perioperative continuum (which also includes infusion/injections) through multiple charge nurses and a lead tech, as well as assist the organization through a transition to a model of a service line administrator paired with a perioperative manager. The hospital features three main OR's (expanding to a fourth) plus an endo room and a procedure room. Case types are primarily general and ortho. Volumes through October are 3,740.
