Interim Payroll Accountant

***This role requires candidates to live within a reasonable driving distance of the company's Tampa, FL offices***

Andrews & Cole has an opportunity for an Interim Accountant, with potential for conversion to employee, for a small but well established professional services firm serving a variety of industries globally.

Responsibilities include:
-Payroll processing
-Accounts payable invoice coding, approval and payment
-Accounts receivable billing, collections and aging
-Travel & expense management
-Bank reconciliations


Requirements:
-BA in accounting, finance, or a related discipline with accounting courses
-2+ years of experience being a hands on accountant at a company of similar size (~30M in revenue, 60 employees)
-Strong understanding of accounting principles/debits and credits and the ability to think critically with attention to detail.
-Experience with Unanet's architecture & engineering module or similar software
-Experience with ADP Payroll, Concur and Navan software systems
