Interim OB Director - CLOSED

A 90-bed hospital in Arkansas has an immediate opportunity for an Interim OB Director. The department currently does around 30 deliveries per month. The staff size is approximately 20 and is very stable. They have four providers who deliver, including one OB/GYN. The primary objective of the interim engagement is to provide managerial stability and maintain the departments high performance while they search for a new permanent director.

The appropriate candidate is an experienced leader who is a working manager. This role will not be on the schedule, but about once a month will fill in when no other staff is available.
