Morgan Hunter HealthSearch has an immediate opportunity for an Interim Director of Nursing for a 99-bed LTC (part of and adjacent to an acute care hospital), located in the central Midwest. The DON will report to the LTC Administrator and the health system VP of Patient Care Services, and have responsibility for leadership of all nursing services within the LTC. Nursing staff totals over 60 with a nursing leadership team of an RN Supervisor and multiple Charge Nurses. The engagement is expected to last approximately eight weeks.

The successful candidate is a patient-centered leader with at least three years of leadership experience, is an RN, and has at least a Bachelor's Degree.
