Interim Inpatient DON - CLOSED

A vibrant critical access hospital with net patient revenues of greater than $35M, located in Kansas, has an immediate need for an Interim Inpatient DON. Reporting to the COO and a member of the nursing leadership council, the interim will be responsible for overseeing the med/surg and swing bed departments. The primary focus of the engagement is to assess staffing and recruitment strategies.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who has prior experience as a Director of Inpatient (or Med/Surg), DON or CNO. Must have excellent people skills.
