A 650-employee health system with an acute care hospital, numerous clinics, multiple pharmacies and an urgent care, has an immediate need for an Interim Director of Human Resources. The focus of the interim will be a review of the department, coaching staff and evaluating the current manager for the possibility of being the long-term director (with some mentoring). The organization is also preparing to change their HR software to Oracle.
