Our client is a well-known later stage venture capital firm with an exciting investment in a Staffing Industry Saas, with a substantial valuation.
The executive team seeks an executive level staffing professional with significant professional experience to assist the leadership team, providing advice and guidance on the development, structure and policies of the sales function (staffing agency channel).
This role will best suit a senior executive seeking an interim leadership commitment. The client is flexible as to term and arrangement.
Overall design of a High Performing Sales Function (Staffing Agency, Consulting company).
Acts as SME, designs global strategies to achieve revenue targets
Participates actively in the professional (executive, management, sales) recruitment process.
Best Practice Sharing – Keeps abreast of industry and market trends and communicates these trends to Executives where appropriate.
What you bring to this role:
Twenty- plus (20+) years of progressive experience at an executive level with a large ($100M+) multi-unit recruitment/staffing organization (direct supplier, MSP, RPO, etc).
Strong understanding of staffing industry organization and functions—particularly executive and accounting/financing functions (not in the recruitment function)
Strong network at a national level within the staffing industry—ideally gained through involvement in a national staffing association
Post secondary education
