Morgan Hunter HealthSearch has an immediate need for an Interim Director of the Emergency Department with a 107-bed, non-profit hospital located in the western United States. The primary objective of the engagement is to mentor an internal employee who they feel can be the permanent director but lacks management experience. The ED consists of 16 beds, is Level IV Trauma designated and sees 45,000 annual visits. The physicians are contracted and are very engaged and work well with the clinical staff.

The desired candidate is an experienced interim ED leader who has experience mentoring/coaching and developing leaders.
