Interim Director of Surgical Services - FILLED
Morgan Hunter HealthSearch has an immediate opportunity for an Interim Director of Surgical Services with a small hospital located in the central Midwest. The director will oversee the main OR, PACU, Pre-Op and Central Processing. Main case types are general, OB/GYN, ortho, podiatry, ENT and eyes. Budgeted cases for 2021 are 2,200. The primary objectives of the engagement is department assessment and starting two new surgeons.
The successful candidate is an experienced surgical leader who can hit the ground running and is either still hands-on, or is able to walk into an OR and know what it should look like to do things the right way.
