Interim Director of Inpatient Care - CLOSED
A very large critical access hospital, located in picturesque New England, has an opportunity for a Interim Director of Inpatient Care & Specialty Clinics. Reporting to the CNO/COO, the director will be responsible for the inpatient care and telemetry units, with an ADC of 13. Additionally, this role will oversee a small specialty clinic located within the hospital, offering cardiology and oncology.
The position is open as the incumbent is stepping back into a per diem RN role to spend more time with family. The hospital anticipates the interim engagement will last up to six months.
The appropriate candidate will have a BSN and prior supervisory experience on a med/surg floor.
