A 300-bed medical center located in the suburbs of a midwestern metropolitan area has an immediate opportunity for an Interim Director of Home Health/Hospice. The Director, reporting to the CNO, will oversee a staff of 80 (via Supervisors) that is responsible for a census of 130 in home health, 30 in hospice and an 8-bed hospice house. The interim will be responsible for leading the day-to-day operations, stabilizing staffing, and improving efficiency and patient care/satisfaction.

The appropriate candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree (BSN preferred) and a minimum of three years relevant management experience.
