Morgan Hunter HealthSearch has an immediate opportunity for an Interim Director/Mentor over the Women's Service Line for a multi-hospital system located in the central Midwest. The service line includes L&D, Postpartum, NICU, Lactation Clinic and Child Birth Education. The primary focus of the interim will be to mentor an existing manager to eventually move into the permanent service line director role. Additionally, this role will have direct responsibility for the NICU (the manager will directly oversee the other departments).

The appropriate candidate will have a number of years leadership experiece, minimally at the director-level but ideally over multiple departments. Must have proven ability to mentor and develop leaders. Women's Services is preferred, but not required.
