Interim Dir of Perioperative Services - CLOSED

Morgan Hunter HealthSearch has an immediate opportunity for an Interim Director of Perioperative Services with a 713-bed health system located in the southeast. The primary responsibility is operational and administrative oversight for the flagship 557-bed medical center, featuring 23 OR suites, six endo rooms, two IR suites and is certified Level II trauma. Total staff is 221 through six nurse managers. FY2018 procedures were more than 17,500. The role will also have system influence from a clinical perspective.

Objectives for this engagement include mentoring newer managers, improving operational efficiencies and keeping things overall moving forward through the period of transition.
